My grandfather Floyd Lanning recorded this song in 1976 on my mother's 9th birthday on Marty Robbins' short term record label Charger Records when him and Marty were friends.
Marty was jealous of my grandfather so aside from being played on local radio stations ( and many people requested it to be played again and again) this 45" vinyl was never distributed. But I am happy now to announce that you can purchase it for $4.99 at Grimey's Preloved and New Music in Nashville. Just ask for it by name and title.
